Solving the problem comes first. Profit is the fuel, never the motive. It's why these ideas are public, and open to anyone who wants to solve them.
People join projects, but I don't assign the work and I don't manage anyone. Trust is earned on the work, not handed out. Coordination runs through my agents, which keeps my attention on the problem.
Any idea gets entertained as long as it can be built honestly. No set focus, no categories.

The world's first snap-on palm rest for MacBook Pro, and the most ambitious thing I've taken on. A physical product means tolerances, materials and a production line. On top of that sits the brand, the photography, the storefront and the marketing. Six months non-stop, over a thousand hours, more than a hundred prototypes.
Five specialized agents — operations, infrastructure, creative, growth and counsel — that run the business day to day. Not a chatbot. They hold their own memory, keep their own schedule, and act without being asked. Running continuously since April 2026, and this page is one of its outputs.
A Roblox game built to develop kids rather than farm their attention. Survival plus philanthropy: players land in barren country with tools and technology and have to keep starving people and animals alive while surviving the environment themselves. You have to stay alive to keep giving.

On-device dictation that returns text in about 110 milliseconds, with nothing leaving the machine. Hold a key, speak, let go — no modes, no models to pick, nothing to configure.
A virtual line that venues use for free. Customers scan a QR code to join, watch their place move, and get called when the table is ready. No app to download and no subscription. The money comes from customers who choose to pay to move up the line. Every competitor sends the venue a bill; this one sends it a share.
A live chat room that only exists for the people near you. Open it and you see one feed — every message posted by anyone within fifteen miles, appearing in real time. No sign-up, no email, no password: you're handed an anonymous handle and you're in. Walk out of range and the conversation goes with you. Built for the things that are actually local — an event, a neighborhood, whoever happens to be around.
A portable device that watches the water the way a lifeguard would. Computer vision scans for the signs of someone in trouble, and the moment it sees them it raises an alarm and calls out where the incident is. It rolls to wherever it's needed — a pool, a lake, a stretch of beach — so the watching stops depending on who happens to be on duty.
People get free tickets to concerts, games and festivals in exchange for wearing a brand and carrying a 360 camera. What the advertiser is really buying isn't the shirt. It's first-person footage from inside venues no agency can film in, shot by someone who wanted to be there anyway.
Paste any public Reddit thread and it clusters every comment into the handful of positions people are actually taking, then weights each one by how much the room agrees rather than how loudly it posts. Comment count and agreement weight diverge more often than you'd expect — that gap is usually the real story of the thread. The clustering is the model's; every count, percentage and weight is computed in code, so the numbers hold up.
Reference photos in, USPTO-compliant patent drawings out. It draws the black-line art, vectorizes it, checks every sheet against the federal drawing rules — margins, line weights, reference numerals, shading, solid lines for what's claimed and broken lines for what isn't — then exports the filing PDF with the description of the drawings already drafted. Built because Snappalm needed its own design-patent drawings.
Six dimensions of a life — physical, mental, emotional, social, purpose, mindset — each one always drifting in and out of center. Not motivation: the architecture of staying balanced, and the tools to see where you've drifted. It's my own synthesis, worked out for myself first. Book or channel, undecided. The point is to put those tools in as many hands as possible.
A children's book about risk and reward. It follows one choice down both paths so a child can see where each leads, without telling them which to pick.

There are no hourly payouts for contributors, and no charges for execution on partnered ventures. The build is for the return.
